Monday Marnix took me to Fat Ching. Marnix had been there once before. Marnix took charge of ordering the menu. It has been serving Chinese food for over 10 years.

Marnix ordered the string beans. Marnix never had string beans, but it was amazing. I had a hard time deciding on the menu, because everything looked delicious, but finally decided to go with the jelly fish.
The service was so-so. The meal left me wanting to explore the menu more and return as soon as I can. Fat Ching is often compared to Mui Tang since both offer similar Chinese menus, but I think Fat Ching wins easily
